Dinner will be served in between shows. No one leaves between shows except Preshow.

Important Notes:
- Please bring a large t-shirt to cover costume if child wants snacks.
- All cast members should bring their own water bottles - no colored juices or soda.
- No chocolate or dairy products
should be consumed two hours before show.
- If you are signed up to chaperone back stage, please bring a small baggie of band aids, pins, hair bands and the like to help out.
- No one should bring iPods, money, electronics or anything of value backstage.
- No one is allowed to leave after the show or rehearsal until everything is cleaned up - all costumes are put away, trash picked up, cafeteria and
bathrooms straightened up – at least one parent should come backstage or in the cafeteria and auditorium and help after rehearsals and shows.
The dressing rooms are actually classrooms that are used the next day so we need to make sure we leave them like we find them--if everyone works
together it takes no time at all.
- There is no videotaping or pictures during shows - videotapes will be given free to all interested cast members and photographs are
available for purchase during shows and online.
- Everyone in the auditorium must have a ticket or be part of the ushers/back of the house/sets committees.
- USHERS & BACK OF HOUSE: Reminder -- NO ONE is allowed in or out of the auditorium unless it is between scenes or during applause
- this includes at the end of the show - please do not allow people to leave during curtain call -- or open and shut doors during scenes.
- Flowers and Kiss the Cast are available for sale in the cafeteria at discounted prices.
- You must attend school and cannot call out on days of the show. Also homework and all other work should be completed as well- bring
homework with you if you run out of time and do it backstage.

11:00a Seniors do paper plate awards everyone else cleans up.

Even if you own your costume, you still need to have them sign off so they know you got it and the registration people are in charge of assigning people
duties for the breakdown ... they need to know who is there and where they are.
