Rehearsal Schedule

Please use any paperwork or announcements you receive from
Mrs. Arters as your definitive source of dates and times.
All are full cast unless otherwise noted.

JANUARY-MARCH 2010

Schedule:

Sun, Mar 7 - 12:00-9:00 - full dress rehearsals including preshow. On stage at 1:00p - W/F cast with second dress rehearsal of Sat Mat cast after - could go as late as needed probably 9 PM - preshow cast can leave after second performance by them (around 4 PM)

Mon, Mar 8 - 3:00 call - on stage at 4:00 dress rehearsal T/S cast

Tue, Mar 9 - no rehearsal

Wed, Mar 10 - SHOW! - call time 4:30 PM leads, 5:30 PM rest of cast.
Preshow should arrive at 6:00 PM to distribute programs
You cannot leave at night until the backstage area is clean - costumes put away, props put away and trash picked up.

Thu, Mar 11 - SHOW! - call time 4:30 PM leads, 5:30 PM rest of cast.
Preshow should arrive at 6:00 PM to distribute programs

Just a reminder no adult is allowed back stage unless they are on costumes, sets, props, hair or chaperone committees- please remember no one is allowed in the auditorium unless they are on usher or back of house committees- without a ticket.

Fri, Mar 12 - SHOW! - call time 4:30 PM leads, 5:30 PM rest of cast.

Sat, Mar 13 - 2 SHOWS! - call time for juniors and seniors (and Mike)- 11:30 for senior luncheon - leads 12:00 PM, rest of cast 12:30 and preshow 1 PM. Everyone in Grease will stay in between both shows - only preshow can leave - but they need to be back by 6 PM. We will start clean up after show - you cannot leave until the backstage area is clean.

This may be new for some of you so please read carefully:

Sunday Mar 14 - Break down and clean up day - everyone in cast and crew must come and bring an adult helper and help clean up and put costumes and sets away - this is usually a fun day to unwind and say goodbye - seniors will receive awards and everyone in cast gets paper plate awards and has lunch ..... and watch a DVD of the show ..... and sign each others' posters and playbills.

Arrival time for Grease cast and crew and adult helper is as follows:
  • 12:00 PM - Middle school, freshman and sophomores - everyone must bring one parent/guardian to help clean up
  • 12:30 PM - Juniors - bring a parent/guardian
  • 1:00 PM - Seniors and preshow can arrive at 1 PM with a parent to help clean up.
    Seniors - you must clean up and get checked out by costumes and me before you start your paper plate awards.

    We will have you sign in as you arrive and start cleaning up and putting away costumes and sets. Lunch and awards will be after student clean up - probably around 3:00 PM - parents will probably be continuing to clean up after this time but they are usually ready to have the kids go somewhere else by this time so they can wrap up.

    DO NOT FORGET - You and your parent must sign in when you arrive - bring your yellow script, any accessories that belong to the play, and wear work/can get dirty clothes. Parents with multiple actors should arrive at the time slotted for their youngest children.

    Just a reminder - Any underclassmen who do not show up to help, will not be cast again - any seniors who do not arrive to help, will not receive their senior award and will not be eligible for service awards.
